Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta


1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add 1 pound of shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 4-6 minutes.
4. Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
