Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
3. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add 1 pound of shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 4-5 minutes.
5. Stir in 1/4 cup of white wine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Reduce heat to low and add 1/2 cup of heavy cream and 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
