BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich


1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Season a 3-4 pound pork shoulder with salt, pepper, and your favorite BBQ rub.
3. Place the pork shoulder in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
4. Roast the pork in the oven for 3-4 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C) and is fork-tender.
5. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes.
6. Shred the pork using two forks.
7. In a large bowl, mix the shredded pork with 1 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce.
8. Toast your hamburger buns in a skillet or in the oven.
9. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous amount of pulled pork on each bun.
10. Optionally, add coleslaw on top of the pork for extra flavor and crunch.
11. Serve the sandwiches hot and enjoy!
