Mango Peanut Overnight Oats


1. In a bowl or jar, combine 160g oats, 300ml milk, and 300g yogurt.
2. Stir in 20g of chopped peanuts and 35g of honey until well combined.
3. Peel and chop a ripe mango, then add the pieces to the oat mixture.
4. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and ensure the oats are fully submerged.
5. Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or cling film.
6. Place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
7. In the morning, give the oats a stir and serve cold, adding more mango or nuts if desired.
