Classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio


1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
3. Add thinly sliced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook until the garlic is golden brown.
4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat it with the garlic and oil mixture.
5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
