Garlic Sautéed Kale


1. Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.
2. Remove the tough stems and roughly chop the leaves.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Add the chopped kale to the skillet and toss to combine with the garlic and oil.
6. Sauté the kale for about 5-7 minutes until it is wilted and tender.
7. Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice to taste.
8. Serve hot as a side dish or as a topping for grains or meats.
