Swiss Chard Martian Stir-fry

1. Gather your ingredients: 1 bunch of Swiss chard, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
2. Wash and chop the Swiss chard, separating the stems from the leaves.
3. Mince the garlic cloves.
4. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Add the chopped Swiss chard stems to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
7. Add the Swiss chard leaves to the skillet and sauté for another 5 minutes until wilted and tender.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
