Rye Reuben Sandwich

1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of rye bread.
3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
4. Layer with Swiss cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing.
5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
6. Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then carefully flip.
7. Cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
8. Remove from heat, cut in half, and serve warm.
