Oatmeal Breakfast Bars


1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine 160g oats, 90g chopped dates, and 35g honey.
3. In another bowl, beat 1 egg and add 200ml milk. Mix well.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
5. If the mixture appears too dry, you can add 200g yogurt to achieve a moist consistency.
6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let the oatmeal bars cool before cutting them into squares. Enjoy your delicious and nutritious breakfast bars!
