Sautéed Artichokes and Cabbage
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh artichokes
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Remove tough outer leaves and choke from the artichokes, then slice hearts thinly.
2. Thinly slice the cabbage.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Add artichokes and cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
5. Add cabbage, salt, and pepper to the skillet and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are cooked.
6. Serve warm and enjoy.
