Nutty Honey Overnight Oats


1. In a large bowl, combine 160g of oats, 300ml of milk, and 300g of yogurt. Stir well until the oats are fully immersed in the liquid.
2. Add 20g of chopped peanuts and 35g of honey to the mixture. Stir to combine all the ingredients evenly.
3. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir to ensure a creamy consistency.
5. Optional: Top the oats with your favorite fruit such as sliced bananas, berries, or apple slices for added flavor.
6. Serve in bowls and enjoy your healthy, delicious breakfast!
