Classic Waffles with Butter Syrup and Bacon

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Butter syrup (melted butter mixed with maple syrup)
- 8 slices of bacon

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
4. Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it.
5. Pour enough batter into the waffle iron to cover most of the surface (about 1/2 cup, depending on your waffle iron size).
6. Cook according to the waffle iron’s instructions until golden brown and crisp.
7. While the waffles are cooking, prepare the bacon. Fry or bake the bacon slices until crispy and set aside.
8. To make the butter syrup, melt butter and mix it with an equal part of maple syrup.
9. Serve the waffles hot, drizzled with butter syrup, and bacon slices on the side. Enjoy!
