Classic Scrambled Eggs


1. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly with a fork.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter.
3. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet.
4. Let the eggs cook for a few seconds without stirring, until they start to set around the edges.
5. Gently stir the eggs with a spatula, lifting and folding from the edges to the center.
6. Continue to cook until the eggs are set but still slightly runny. Remove from heat immediately.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
