Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add thinly sliced garlic and red pepper flakes.
3. Sauté until garlic is golden brown but not burned.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, tossing to coat the pasta with the oil and garlic.
5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
