Greek Yogurt Oat Pancakes


1. In a blender, combine 180 grams of Greek yogurt, 150 grams of oats, and 2 eggs.
2. Blend the mixture until it forms a smooth batter.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a bit of oil or butter.
4. Pour small amounts of the batter onto the pan to form pancakes of your desired size.
5. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side, until bubbles start to form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
6. Repeat until all the batter is used up.
7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruits, honey, or a dollop of additional Greek yogurt.
