Paella Valenciana


1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken and rabbit, cook until browned.
3. Add chopped green beans, and sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, garlic, and paprika.
5. Pour in chicken stock and saffron, bring to a boil.
6. Add short-grain rice, stir once, and reduce heat to low.
7. Arrange shell-on prawns and mussels on top.
8. Cook uncovered until liquid is mostly absorbed.
9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
