Spicy Chilli Fetta Scramble


1. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl and whisk until combined.
2. Crumble 100g of fetta cheese and set aside.
3. Heat some olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add a chopped chilli to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
5. Pour the eggs into the pan and allow to set slightly.
6. Add the crumbled fetta to the eggs, stirring gently.
7. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are cooked through.
8. Serve hot with a sprinkle of extra chilli for garnish.
