Asparagus and Mushroom Stir-fry


1. Wash the asparagus and trim the ends, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
4. Add asparagus to the pan and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
5. Add the mushrooms to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes until both are tender.
6. Season with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of soy sauce or lemon juice to taste.
7. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice as a main dish.
