Sautéed Asparagus and Mushrooms with Simian Offal


1. Clean and slice 200g of mushrooms.
2. Trim the ends of 300g asparagus and cut into 2-inch pieces.
3. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
5. Add the asparagus and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes.
6. Add 150g of cleaned and prepared simian offal, and cook until it is fully cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 7 minutes.
7. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot and enjoy your sautéed vegetables and simian offal dish.
