Spaghetti Aglio e Olio


1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook 500g of spaghetti according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat 6 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
3. Add 6 cloves of finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the oil and stir for 30 seconds.
5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the garlic oil.
6. Toss the spaghetti until evenly coated. Season with salt and garnish with chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
